Features:

Created on the basis of the original images
When installing it is possible to select the language: Russian or English
Integrated official updates from Microsoft (except regarding Windows Defeneder and .Net Framework 4.5.2) on 25.04.2015.
User Account Control (UAC) is turned off. Off it as much as possible - so that applications can run Metro.
Some automation during the installation: no need to accept the license agreement, sewn key, but still requires the activation of which is in this publication

System requirements:

Processor: 1 GHz or more.
RAM: 1 GB (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit systems)
Free space on hard drive: 16 GB (for 32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit systems).
Graphics card: MicrosoftDirectX 9 with the driver WDDM.
Additional requirements to use certain features
To use the touch features require tablet or monitor that supports multitouch
To access the Windows Store to download and run applications that require an active Internet connection and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels.
To bind the application requires a screen resolution of at least 1366 x 768
